TGIF with National Pina Colada Day and Piper's Perfumery new Bohemian Beauty fragrance

 Hi ya Gorgeous!
It's National Pina Colada day! Who knew? When I was super young, I used to love those! Now they are too sweet for me!

Does anyone have a less sweet, lower calorie version of a pina colada they would like to share?

Ok, on a side note, these are 3 small vials that are hand crafted glass blown perfume vials from the early 900's.
Whoa. Thank you Getty for showing them.

Now, what's a new fragrance for the 2015's? Piper's Perfumery Bohemian Beauty.

This fresh scent with a clean, green drydown on the skin is just about $5 in the local Walmarts. You can freshen up your summer scent before we head back into the BTS season.

Yep. BTS. In Arizona, we go back to school on August 3rd. Sigh.

And then there is this info on the National day of sweet drink celebration!

Celebrate July 10 with a drink in hand, it is National Pina Colada Day.  The Pina Colada is a sweet, rum-based cocktail.  Along with the rum, it includes cream of coconut and pineapple juice and is unusually served blended or shaken with ice.
‘Pina Colada’ literally means ‘strained pineapple’,
a reference to the freshly pressed and strained pineapple juice used in the drink.
There are different claims to the invention of the Pina Colada beginning in 1952 in San Juan, each standing to their story.  The truth is that pineapple and rum have been together from the beginning of the distillation of rum.  The first written reference to a Pina Colada was in 1922.  This recipe however, did not include coconut.
