Spring break maybe alot of fun but all that sun, sand and surf may take a toll on your hair! In my case, the chlorine of training in the pool for my Ironman triathlon is taking its toll!
So what's a gal to do? Try adding the Neutrogena anti-residue shampoo once a week to help clean off product build up and chemical coating from hard water, chlorine or in my case swimming in open water which is filled with all kinds of oogie boogie stuff! (oh golly I put my face in this water!)
After cleaning off the residue, I apply the deep conditioning mask to feed my hair some moisture and restore it to it's shiny, happy, healthy self! You should try some too! Get it at any mass retailer such as Walmart, Target, Ulta or a drugstore near you! Be safe and wear sunscreen!
