Happy Birthday President Lincoln and NeoCell healthy supplements

Hello and Happy Birthday to President Abraham Lincoln,
I wonder if they make men like Mr. Lincoln anymore? He persevered beyond belief to get where he got to!

I often wonder, how was his health? I've been using the NeoCell Keratin, Pomegranate and Collagen supplements for a few weeks now to bolster my immune system during this winter season.

The NeoCell brand is a favorite of mine for their liquid collagen supplement which is pretty tart and tangy!
The chocolate mint soft chews are a tasty way to get collagen type 1& 3, hyaluronic acid for skin hydration and vitamin c into your diet!

Since my summer pomegranate tree is bare now, I'm using the NeoCell Pomegranate supplement for extra cardio tract health (urinary tract too!) as I do some training for up coming tri/marathon events.
The pomegranate  capsule has 1000 mg of pomegranate in every serving with more anti-oxidants than red grapes or green tea.

Now, I'm testing the Keratin Hair Volumizer from NeoCell to see if there is any improvement to my thyroid tired hair. No matter what I use, my hair is just not as strong as it used to be?  So for now, I'm adding the Keratin Hair Volumizer capsules to see what grows. Stay tuned!

For those of you who are thinking of doing any marathons or triathlons, now is the time to start supplementing!

Position Yourself for Better Sleep

This is a TotalBeauty.com Health & Beauty article

Let's face it: getting eight hours of shut-eye a night seems more like an absurd dream than actual reality. Not only can stressful work schedules and beeping devices affect the quality of sleep you get, but also the position you sleep in can be held accountable for those puffy eyes and persistent migraines. See how your sleep position is wreaking havoc on your health.
