Want long, thick lashes without wearing falsies? See how to get them naturally |
This is a TotalBeauty.com makeup article We've come to terms with our mousy hair color, our pasty skin -- even our ugly toes. But we can't accept our stubby, sparse wisps for eyelashes. That's why we talked to Courtney Akai of Courtney Akai Lash Boutique in New York City to find out what we can do to have long, lust-worthy lashes. |
Hi Gorgeous! The holiday season is officially open! Not the retail rush kind where everything Thanksgiving and Christmas was in the aisles at Costco and other stores during the month of August-but, now that we have had our turkey dinners it's time to look our best for family gatherings and holiday photos or parties!
I've tried several Nads products and have really enjoyed them and this new one is a real treat! It's simple and easy to use-trust me, even I could use it without error.
To give you the instructions from the experts I have posted their video and instructions. Enjoy!
1.Thoroughly clean your eyebrow using Nad's Cleansing Wipes.
Remove wand cap and twist the end until gel appears at wand tip. When first used, this may take up to 20 twists.
2.To ensure the Gel melts with your body heat slowly and firmly apply a thin layer of Gel in the direction of hair growth (hair growth should be at least 3mm long).
Only apply the gel over the hair you wish to remove. Any excess will wash away with water.
3.Immediately place backing strip over the gel and firmly smooth over with your fingertips in the direction of hair growth.
Holding skin taut, quickly pull strip off in opposite direction of hair growth.
4.Remember to hold skin taut with one hand and to pull close to the skin rather than up into the air.
To soothe your skin following hair removal, apply Nad's Depileze Soothing Balm in a circular motion.
